We open our doors at 4.30pm on Sunday with dinner at 5.30pm the evening meeting starting that night at 7pm.  

On Monday afternoon, the site needs to be clear by 4:00pm so please arrange to have completely tidied and emptied your site by then.

Yes! We welcome groups from all Christian denominations of church. We want to create a space where youth can experience Jesus in this safe space, so we ask that youth come with a Youth leader, rather than parents.  

If you are a Youth Leader, please make sure you have at least 1 youth leader to 10 youth. For every 10 youth, you can have 1 free place for a youth leader.

There will be multiple first aiders on site with appropriate first-aid equipment. In an emergency, we will contact both parents & authorities. 

We will have security on site and youth will be required to stay on the site across the 2 days unless accompanied by their youth leader or picked up by a parent. 

We will always have a Safeguarding officer on site. All Authentic Youth volunteers are DBS checked and trained in child protection. 

Food will be included in the ticket price with dinner on Sunday evening and breakfast and lunch on Monday. Snacks, tuck and drinks will be available to purchase from the cafe.

There are multiple water points across the campsite.  

There will be wristbands to collect on entry. All youth must wear their wristbands for the duration of the event as part of our security for the site. These wristbands are not transferable across youth, and there will be a replacement fee if lost of £5. 

Valuables are to be brought at your own risk. Although we anticipate a safe site, we cannot be liable for any loss or damages to personal belongings.
